What is NLP? NLP is: Neuro Linguistic Programming.
Neuro
- refers to the brain and the nervous system; Linguistic - is our language, both verbal, and non-verbal; Programming - the five senses; visual, auditory, feeling (kinesthetic) including
olfactory and gustatory.
The quality of your life is directly impacted by the quality of your communication. Relationships, career,
finances, and personal happiness all depend on your ability to communicate effectively within yourself and with others. Now,
you can learn to identify limiting behaviors, interrupt old habits and patterns, and integrate new choices, and you can, you
know, do it quickly, easily, and permanently. NLP
involves powerful techniques to help you make profound change in your life.NLP is effective for everything from eliminating
phobias, to improving effectiveness in communication, and building better relationships. Definition of NLP NLP
has been called the 'Neuro-Psychology
of Achievement.' It is also called the 'study of subjective experience' (Robert Dilts), and 'the study of human excellence' (John Grinder). I prefer, 'the
study and application of excellence.' If there is an official definition of NLP, it is this one. Richard Bandler,
one of the co-founders of NLP, suggests that "NLP is an attitude and
a methodology leaving behind a trail of techniques." Bandler goes on to say, "the
attitude is 'CURIOSITY' and the methodology is 'BEHAVIOR MODELING."

What is Life Coaching?
One to one coaching offers each person the space and time they
need to explore and evaluate their own unique life experiences and reflect on areas of their life which are working well -
and areas which they feel they want to change or improve. People often come to coaching at a time when they are at a crossroads in their life, when
they are facing a life change, or when they simply want to make things even better for themselves, their career or their personal
or family life. Others come because they feel stuck or confused about their life and where its going; some are weary of their
personal, social or working life experiences and seek direction or motivation to begin the process of making positive and
meaningful change. Many come to address areas of self doubt, fear or past negative experiences which they feel are holding
them back and preventing them from living the life they want and deserve. Seeing people become un-stuck from whatever has
trapped them, in many cases, for several years is not only a great experience for the client but also for us as coaches. Coaching brings out the very best in people, supports them to identify their personal life
values, to overcome barriers to success, to challenge life limiting thoughts and behaviours which often limits their expectations
and achievements in life. Coaching empowers people with the skills, confidence and the realisation that they have the capacity
and resources they need to create new choices, new opportunities and a better life for themselves, their family and their
community.
